1. Returns Policy(if applicable)

  • Our returns policy covers situations where: 
    • Wrong Items Delivered: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
    • Defective Items Delivered: If the product you received is defective or malfunctioning due to manufacturing or design flaws, you are eligible for a return within the same 7-day period.
  • To qualify for a return, please ensure that: 
    • The item remains unused and is in its original condition.
    • It is in the original packaging.
    • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Certain items, such as perishables, intimate goods, and hazardous materials, are non-returnable (unless they fall under the scenarios mentioned above).

2. Refunds(if applicable)

  • Once your return is approved, we will process your refund.
  • We would reach out to you to get where you want the refund to and would get it within a certain timeframe.
  • If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account and or reach out to us to confirm if it has been sent successfully.

3. Warranty

  • Rapidbuy provides a 30-day warranty on eligible products. This warranty covers defects and issues arising from manufacturing or design.
  • If your product develops a problem within the warranty period, we will: 
    • Repair it, or
    • Replace  faulty part with a new one.
  • Conditions: 
    • The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or alterations.
    • Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for warranty claims.

4. Shipping and Confirmation

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items.
  • Returned goods must be intact and in the same condition as when purchased.
  • After receiving your return, we will inspect it within 2-3 days to determine whether it meets the return criteria.
  • You will receive an email notifying you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • To exchange an item, email us at info@rapidbuy.com and send the item to:

6. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we will refund the original purchaser.
