Refund and Returns Policy

Rapidbuy.ng, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our updated refund and returns policy below:

1. Returns Policy(if applicable)

• Our returns policy covers situations where:

• • Wrong Items Delivered: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
  • Defective Items Delivered: If the product you received is defective or malfunctioning due to manufacturing or design flaws, you are eligible for a return within the same 7-day period.

• To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

• • The item remains unused and is in its original condition.
  • It is in the original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Certain items, such as perishables, intimate goods, and hazardous materials, are non-returnable (unless they fall under the scenarios mentioned above).

• Rapidbuy provides a 30-day warranty on eligible products. This warranty covers defects and issues arising from manufacturing or design.
• If your product develops a problem within the warranty period, we will:
  • Repair it, or
  • Replace  faulty part with a new one
• Conditions:
  • The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or alterations.
  • Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for warranty claims.

4. Shipping and Confirmation

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items.
• Returned goods must be intact and in the same condition as when purchased.
• After receiving your return, we will inspect it within 2-3 days to determine whether it meets the return criteria.
• You will receive an email notifying you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.

5. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
• If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we will refund the original purchaser.

8. CDL Checkout is a Thirdparty BNPL (Buy-Now-Pay-Later) solution that allows customers to purchase products and make convenient split payments over a period.

Here’s how it works in simple steps:
• Select your (items) on website and add it to cart.
• Proceed to Checkout and select Credit Direct Checkout as your payment option.
• The bank route is designated exclusively for GTB and Zenith Bank customers. Approval can only be obtained through this route for these institutions.
• Fill in all the necessary information (Enter your account details, use an account with frequent activity).
• Receive your approved loan limit within 10-20 seconds.
• Choose your Repayment Plan.
• Accept the loan offer.
• Add your repayment method (Your active ATM card ).
• Make the downpayment to Credit Direct.
• Merchant receives 100% of your cart value immediately.
• Get your item(s) delivered or picked up from the store.

Requirement for registration:
• Active account (use an account with frequent activity).
• Good credit history (Make sure you don’t have a bad loan).
• Active ATM card that can be used for online transactions.
• GTB and Zenith bank, need to have their Internet or Mobile banking app details (Username and Password) for registration.

PS: Microfinance banks such as (Opay, Moniepoint, and Palmpay, among others), are currently not permitted to register.
